Google Ads recently introduced a new feature that gives advertisers more visibility into where their ads are showing within the Google Search Partners Network. If you’ve ever wondered which websites or YouTube channels your ads are appearing on, you can now find that information inside your account.

In this post, I’ll walk you through how to access these reports and what kind of data you can expect.

Where to Find Search Partner Placements

To see placements, go to your Reports Editor in Google Ads.

  • Look for “Content suitability” under the section called “When and where ads showed.”

  • You can also create a blank report and add the content suitability dimensions manually.

Filtering for Search Campaigns

By default, placements from other campaign types (like Performance Max) may also appear.

To avoid this, add a campaign type filter so that your report only includes Search campaigns.

What Data You Can See

Right now, the placements report only shows impressions.

  • If you want to see performance metrics like clicks, conversions, or revenue, you’ll need to go to your campaign view and segment by network.

  • However, keep in mind that in this view you’ll only see high-level Search Partner network data, not detailed placement-level breakdowns.

Exporting the Report

Once your report is ready, you can:

  • Download it as a CSV

  • Or export it directly to Google Sheets

From there, you’ll be able to see the specific websites and YouTube channels where your ads appeared through the Search Partners Network.

Have you checked your placements yet? If you have questions, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to help.
